We cover all land registries, including all counties based in Waterford and provide a pre-checking system that limits delays and queries issued from Land Registry officers. We also provide a pre-checking system for all memorials lodged in the Registry of Deeds, thus reducing the possibilities of the penalty charges incurred.

At the Revenue Commissioners, every effort is made to ensure same day service for stamping enabling you to lodge your deeds for registration as quickly as possible.
